The Process
|
When you call The Law Offices of
Kathleen Shannon Glancy, your call will be handled by an intake
specialist. The intake specialist will take your name, address, and
social security number. You will then be asked specific questions
about your claim.
Your information will be reviewed
and you should receive a letter from the Law Offices of Kathleen
Shannon Glancy notifying you whether or not an appointment can be
scheduled. If an appointment can be scheduled you will be notified
of a meeting time and what you will need to bring with you.
When you meet with a representative
from our office they will gather facts and evaluate your case. They
will do their best to answer all your questions and to give you an
overview of what to expect regarding your case. There is no charge
for this first meeting and it is at this time a fee agreement will
be explained and discussed.

do to be prepared for meetings and help expedite the legal process.
